Our Process
An overview of our five-step due diligence and assessment process.

Step 1: Assessment
Assessment of the business and venture from a commercial perspective.

Step 2: Due Diligence
Assessment and verification of financial information, corporate structure and management teams.

Step 3: Proposed Offer
A letter of offer with proposed terms will be issued post completion of due diligence.

Step 4: Documentation
Upon acceptance of the offer, legal documentation will be drawn up to cover necessary detail with respect to the proposed terms.

Step 5: Completion
Post signing of the legal documentation, funds will be released provided all conditions of the deal are satisfied.
